Bio Matcha Green Tea Matcha is one of the premium types of green tea that originated more than 800 years ago. It is the finest quality Japanese green tea leaves ground into a fine powder. It was mainly used by Buddhist masters as a meditation drink, an elixir for treating swelling and fever. Only recently has it begun to be consumed in Europe.
