Digital Food Kitchen Scale for Grams & Ounces – 304 Stainless Steel

I bought this Kitchen scale after seeing that more and more recipes that I find have their ingredients listed in weight rather than amounts. I am an avid baker, trying new recipes and baking something in my kitchen almost every day! I am extremely satisfied with the Etekcity brand! It was easy to start using it, following the well-written directions in the manual it came with. It has been very consistent and accurate even with small amounts like 20 grams and large amounts like 5 pounds, The scale is easy to read, even when it is covered with a large bowl. The scale is versatile, reads in multiple measurements: grams, milliliters, fluid ounces, pounds/ounces. I rely on the ‘tare’ button every time I use it (With one press of the button, it automatically subtracts the weight of the bowl from the total so you only see the weight of the ingredient you’re adding). It automatically turn off when I’m done using it. It is stainless steel so it is easy to wipe clean and so far, I have not had to replace the battery. (I’ve had it for over a year). I appreciate the size, as it is easy to store and doesn’t take a lot of space. I also bought one for my daughter-in-law and she is enjoying it for the same reasons, but in addition, my son uses it to measure his nuts/bolts in the garage! For some reason, he said he needed a scale to measure something in very small amounts i.e. grams and milliliters so he enjoying this scale as well! For all the reasons I have mentioned, the scale meets my needs and I highly recommend buying it!
