Good Night tea Good Night Tea contains carefully selected Ayurvedic herbs and spices such as liquorice, ashwagandha, spearmint, cardamom, coriander, peppermint, brahmi, fenugreek, black pepper and galangal. Ashwagandha has long been recognised in Ayurveda for its anti-stress effects. Preparation and Dosage Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 teabag and infuse for 5 to 7 minutes. Add cane sugar and/or milk or lemon to taste. As the tea has a strong flavour, we recommend using only one tea bag per pot.
